Rochester Police Investigating Crash Involving Motorcycle

On June 12, 2017 at approximately 3:44 PM Rochester Police, Rochester Fire and Frisbie EMS responded to the area of Washington and Estes Road intersection for the report of a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle.  

Vehicle one was, a 2005 Honda VTX, driven by Timothy Mckee, 56, of 249 Province Road in Strafford, NH.  Mckee sustained non-life threatening injuries and he was transported to Frisbie EMS as he was not wearing a helmet.  Vehicle two, a 2005 Ford F-150, driven by Joshua Ouellette, 29, of 27 Westview Drive in Rochester, NH.     

Through the course of the investigation, Officers learned that Ouellette was taking a left off of Washington Street onto Estes Road when, Vehicle one, which was heading East on Washington Street heading out of town struck the rear quarter panel of Vehicle two as it turned.  When the two vehicles collided Mckee was thrown off his motorcycle.  Officers summonsed Ouellette for Failure to yield the right of way.          

The motorcycle had to be towed from the scene.
